Return policy

Wholesale Medical Network Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or simply not to your satisfaction, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by phone at 1-866-829-7926 or by email at info@wmni.ca.

We are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

All warranties are provided by us as representatives of the manufacturers. Refunds are only issued for products purchased directly from us.

Items returned for a refund must be received in their original purchase condition and packaging. This includes all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.

All returned items will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Missing items or parts may delay the processing of your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

For all returns, a Customer Return Number (CRN) will be issued by one of our Customer Service Representatives.

This number is required to return the item to our Toronto warehouse and must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging.

Items returned without a CRN will not be accepted.

To request a CRN, please contact Wholesale Medical Network Inc.

All warranty repair requests must be accompanied by a $20.00 shipping, handling, and processing fee.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

Warranties are void if defects or malfunctions result from: alteration, modification, or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by the manufacturer; use of a power supply other than the specified voltage; misuse, abuse, damage during transit, or lack of reasonable care; or failure to follow the written instructions provided with the product.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL TREMBLAY HARRISON INC. OR WHOLESALE MEDICAL NETWORK INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF TREMBLAY HARRISON INC. OR WHOLESALE MEDICAL NETWORK INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
